Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. We will deliver to Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Republic of Ireland, Luxemborg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, San Marino, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. If you order Goods from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
When will my goods arrive?
This depends on the service you select :
Next Day Service - When ordered before 1pm, Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays). If an order is placed on a Friday, you will receive it on the following Monday. If ordered over the weekend, your item will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Standard - 2-3 working days.
All orders will need to be signed for to ensure you receive your delivery safely. You can select a different delivery address from your card billing details.

Unfortunately no amendments can be made after placing your order.
Christmas Service - All orders will be picked and dispatched up to the 22nd December 1pm. After this date, all orders will be picked but not dispatched until 29th December, when normal service will be resumed.
Can I change my delivery address on a parcel?
No, we cannot amend your delivery address details after your order has been placed.
What is your returns Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt.
Unwanted items can be posted back to the address given on the returns form.
(Returns department. Unit 1, Capitol Industrial Centre, Fulmar Way, Wickford Business Park, Wickford, Essex SS11 8YW. Goods must only be returned with relevant paperwork.)
A returns form should be included in your delivery. If you need another copy please download from the Contact Us section on the website.
Are returns free of charge?
We will only refund your return postage costs if the goods are faulty.
What period of time does a refund take?
As soon as we receive the unwanted goods your account will be credited. Once we have processed the refund, this can take upto 5 working days to show on your bank account.
Can I have an exchange?
If you return your unwanted items we will issue you with a refund. You can then place an order selecting your new purchase.
Why have I not received a confirmation email?
This may be due to our systems not recognising your email address or an incorrect email address being registered under your account. Contact us at info@fashionstage.com.
The system is asking for a start date but my card does not have one, what do I do?
All cards are issued with a start date but are not always evident on the card, please contact your card issuer for further assistance.
Can I use gift vouchers online?
Unfortunately there are no facilities to accept gift vouchers on line at the moment.
Is the delivery charge per order or per item?
The delivery you pay is per order not per item.
Continental or UK – whats my conversion?
All Fashion Stage shoes are in UK sizes, unless stated otherwise.
